thanks to Google, JIO and Samsung combination Internet was working quite well.
Coming to search when I search “Orthopedics near me” at the top a map below
that some suggestions links were there.
I prefer map and went down to near
doctor, finally, the doctor treated him with rest for some he is fine today.
Coming to the purpose of this blog is what happen when and what I searched in
Google or Search engine, I got mapping and their suggested website or links
from which I came to know about the nearest doctor.
It happens through the Google's new local
search ranking algorithm that was rolled out in July 2014 (pigeon). It combines
both map search and web search and affects them both. It is similar to the
traditional Google web rankings, through this results are more accurate to
users. This helps to lots of local search results like Yelp, Urbanspoon, OpenTable,
TripAdvisor, Zagat, Kayak, etc. In search, users get reviews in the search
which means pigeon place more weight on directories or directories listings.
